Exterior Trim Installation and Replacement
great work fair price and finished on schedule. Only negative is i offered a second contract for a deck, got the price, agreed to the price and they never showed up??????

Bathroom - Remodel
I found Steve and his team to be professional, timely, and performed the work as requested. There were some misunderstandings regarding overall price/cost, but those were worked out. I am satisfied with the quality work done and would recommend them to others, but will caution you to get the overall cost upfront and make sure you are all on the same page.

Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
Steve is very easy to deal with. He did a wonderful job on my hardwood floors. I would use him for any other project that I might have.

At first I had trouble scheduling this work since it was a small dry wall job- flat rate minimum charge... But the guy that did the work was great and did a very good job, thanks!

Exterior Trim Installation and Replacement
These guys are great! They showed up on time and had all the materials necessary to complete the job quickly. My only complaint - they were extremely efficient. Let me explain: They are a handyman service and charge a minimum of 4 hours. The owner, Steve, warned me, "Make sure you have plenty of work for them to do in case they get finished early." They were done my task with a hour and a half to spare and I honestly had nothing else for them to do. So, the next time I use them (and I will) I will make sure I have at least 4 hours worth of work for them to accomplish. I would highly recommend these guys.
