1. Most reasonable price with highest quality. 2. He described well the best choices to save costs while not cutting quality. 3. Has experience and has consulted with mentor plumbers, so he can quote an advantageous price confidently. 4. Flexible and wanting to be of good service. Answers inquries directly by his cell phone. Agreed to steel pipe rather than copper where I wanted it. Courteous assistants, and one assigned to oversee good cleanup, inside and outside. 5. Fixed two items he noticed elsewhere as a courtesy. I will definitely hire him again.

They spent the entire day working on this installation but in the end I had heat. They also fixed a shower handle at no additional cost and will be installing a ground on new hot water heater not done by previous installers. So far so good.

Hired Atlantis to move my condenser about 20 feet away (due to a backyard project that was going on at the time). They were in and out in 2 hours. Did the job very neatly and professional. Will work with them again.
