We also provide complete floor maintenance, which includes vacuuming, stripping, waxing, and buffing. You design your own customized service package and all cleaning will be performed based on your personalized cleaning schedule. Pre-employment drug tests, criminal background checks, and reference checks are done on all employees. Providing and maintaining the highest level of satisfaction is our number one goal. "The owner was not one of the service providers. Client was paired with a cleaning team (cleaning supervisor and 2 cleaners). Window cleaning is not part of the basic cleaning service. All rooms were cleaned. There is NO cleaning service that would clean a 2-level single family home from top to bottom including the inside of your oven and refrigerator and all of your windows for $135.00 (this is including a 10% discount). All work is guaranteed. Client never contacted this office. The cleaners wouldn't have gotten a tip ($45 to be exact - $15 per cleaner) after the service was provided if the client was unsatisfied and the service was subpar."
"Each lady cleaned in separate rooms for all rooms except 1. The 2 ladies took 40 min to clean the rm. It would've taken 1 lady twice as much time. The client wanted ALL furniture moved in this room. Also there were tons of ceramics that had to be individually cleaned. After cleaning was complete, client requested the ladies to stay extra time to hand wash mini blinds. DID NOT PAY DOUBLE THE QUOTE"
