He provided excellent suggestion of getting a soil engineer to assess the situation before proceeding with any work. Fast and efficient once the work started.

Australian Landscaping has a great wall installation crew, They installed a 5 ft high 80 ft long retaining wall in an outstanding fashion. Also, their crew that installed a flagstone patio for us was less than satisfactory. The flagstone is great but the seams are terrible. They sent a 2nd subcontractor to finish the job but his work is incomplete. I have been trying to get Australian Landscape to respond to some issues with some plants they guaranteed but they have not responded. I feel a contractor who cannot return calls or e-mails with questions should not be trusted. If I could give a lower score I would.

The end product is excelent. There were some hiccups with the supervisor, but all was resolved quickly.

Terrible communication, had to come four times to look at project, made promises on discounts for material costs that he didn't keep, paved driveway was poor quality, asphalt caved in in some places. Would not recommend.

Outstanding company. Easy to deal with, quality work and completed per agreed scheduled. I've received outstanding comments from my neighbors and friends that has seen the work completed. The water problem I had is not gone thanks to their excellent work.

Good professional job.

I have used them for several projects including landscaping, deck repair, drainage, and retaining walls. The quality of their work has been outstanding and the work was completed in the estimated timeframe. Their staff is friendly and professional.

The workmanship was very professional, and the project was completed on time, even with having to deal with extreme weather during construction.

The work was high quality. The staff explained fully how the work would be done and how I needed to maintain the landscaping after the work was completed. They asked a variety of questions to help determine the type of sod required as well as how I wanted the stone work completed. On the other hand, it took many attempts to schedule an appointment for an estimate, including a confusion over my name at the office in that they thought they already visited my home although they had not. Furthermore, on the scheduled start date, their job manager did not show up and did not call in sick.

This company responded to our request for service. They did 2 estimates based on our needs. They arrived when weather permitted and did the job without delay and did the job well.

Good initial impression, the company representative (Bernard) and I had a frank discussion of what I wanted done, and some possible alternatives. Worked with me on details (additional items I bought to enhance the finished project). Reasonable interaction with me on minor issues that cropped up in the course of the project. Professional, but not a company that holds your hand throughout the project. I picked them because we agreed on the cost and scope of the job, and they came in reasonably on time and certainly within our budget. Would refer to others who were looking to complete a basement waterproofing job.

I informed the owner (Bernard Kelly) that although I was finally satisfied with the work performed (installation of a timber retaining wall), I was not so satisfied with the communications with the company. There was confusion on the tasks that were commited to on my contract, which I did not receive until after the work was completed. Juan and his team did an excellent job on our retaining wall though.

They did a great job on the fencing and stone work. There was some difficulty getting the landscaping completed, by which time some of the plants were no longer available. The workers were exceptionally nice and competent.

Allison was excellent - good design, effective project management for the foliage aspect of the landscaping. Steve Fox coordinated the resolution of issues with the stone work.

We had several contractors give us an estimate, but Australian's was the lowest. After work began, there were a couple communication errors, but those were resolved. What sets Australian apart is not the fact that some mistakes were made (as happens on any project), but how they went over and above to fix those mistakes and make sure we were happy and that the project exceeding expectations.

Good quality, reasonable price.

I have not had the work done yet, but thus far they have been very reasonably priced and the work will be completed in October. Thank you!

Ray English and his crew were great - Thanks guys! They showed good attention to detail and ensured that we were happy with their work. They were extremely quick and got the job done in 3-4 days.

They arrived as scheduled, were polite and did the job well. They removed zoysia and replaced the lawn with sod. We were pleased with our experience.

We hired them to build a stone retaining/sitting wall, which turned out beautifully. I would definitely use them again.
