Water Heater Repair or Service
Unfortunately I cannot recommend AZ Plumbing. They charged me almost $800 for 20min of labor and $80 hardware. The technician had to go to the hardware store twice (first didn?t have our valves in his truck and second, lost a screw in the wall?) and assembled the valves upside down, so it took the whole morning. ?Flat rate? they call it, unjustifiable profits! Very greedy.

Sewer Main Clearing
There snake could only run 100 ft or so. They cleared two obstructions Had them bring a camera to view, camera was limited in its ability to view the sewer line. It hit obstacles that it could not go past even though the snake had cleared the pipe. Would not recommend their camera work. It took several days for them to get back with me with an estimate to clear a break, the estimate was out of site.

Drain Line Breakage Camera Locate
I felt "under served" by the representative who had difficulty with equipment and repeatedly said he "couldn't figure things out." He was knowledgeable about his job, but wasn't particularly reassuring about my property nor did he provide solid answers to the questions with which I MOST needed his assistance.

Some of the bigger companies should learn from A to Z plumbing....I called and got immediate service , they had some one at my house with in the hour......unlike another company that took entire day, and then never showed up....
