Experience was good, Vendor did pretty good work, was very pleased with over-all performance.

The only drawback was tracking them down to schedule an appointment - they were slow to respond to messages, so I had to be proactive about contacting them. Otherwise, their work was excellent. They were realistic about the costs involved, provided quality service and finished within budget.

Quality professionals replaced an existing track lighting system, installed new doorbell and replaced an existing wall sconce. I provided all fixtures. They were attentive to placement of the track so that old track marks wouldn't be seen and no maintenance or painting would be needed. I appreciated their good work.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an electrician. The job was horrendous and he left a huge mess in my house! He also punched many extra holes in my walls that were unnecessary and at the worst possible spot to repair in the drywall.

B&B Electrical Services upgraded the electrical wiring in an old home I purchased. The price was good and the quality of work was very good. Shane and Dale were always courteous when I called. My only complaint is with their communication. I had to continuously call them to find out what was going on, or when the worker was scheduled to appear. This may be the result of them being very busy. Overall I was happy with their work and would recommend them, but you should be prepared to be proactive with your communication.

The electrician did forget some tools and had to run to the store mid way through the project.. And that�s not good for the food in the frig. The install is clean; not the greatest but the price they charged was the lowest. He installed a 240v receptacle that he actually positioned the wrong way, which either I will have to fix or just deal with it.

There were some time issues in the beginning,but Mr Shane more than made up for that with his quality work and customer satisifaction. Great Job Thanks

Tried to charge me 50% more than originally agreed to. Workers were late, unprepared, work done was sloppy. Would not recommend or use again.

Great job overall. Some communication problems intitally about when they were going to show up. Were very nice and very clean. We appreciated their help and would use them again.

Shane went out of his way to help us with an emergency on a Sunday. He quickly diagnosed the problem and just as quickly did the repairs. His charges were very fair and completely in-line with the original estimate. Thanks Shane!
