Bill was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgable. Our problem was dirt in the line. He cleaned the burners and removed the dirt. He even made a follow-up call to see if everything was still working OK. We would definately hire him again.

Excellent service. Bill called first, arrived on time, and fully explained the heating problems. He quickly repaired the heater, made sure it was properly functioning and said to call him if I had any further problem. The heater is working correctly for the first time since it was installed. Bill is highly recommended.
