Wow! B4 Blinds was just great! When our painter broke one of the slats in our widest and longest custom blind, I thought we would need to get new blinds for the whole area as the blinds were matched to the rest of the blinds in a large room full of windows. Karen, at B4 Blinds, went to work right away when I called her to find out what would be the least expensive yet quality repair possible. Somehow B4 Blinds matched the eight year old blind color almost perfectly and did the repair in such a way that no one could possibly see there had ever been a problem. Everyone at B4 was friendly, efficient, and helpful. Great experience!

Work was done very quickly and done well. There was a problem with my blinds and they even made a suggestion of how to fix it when other places had said I would have to purchase a new one. Very nice group of people. I would HIGHLY recommend them. thank you for your referral.

Prioject is incomplete as parts had to be ordered. Promptness in assessing problem and ordering parts was a plus. They did a very good job.
