The movers were good but they were in no rush to get the job done. One of our table legs was broken and the guys unloading were not going to say anything. I noticed it was broken and then they said oh yeah its broke...really? I never received the check from the company to reimburse me for the broken table leg after i had to call 3 times to get someone to talk to me. Would not use them again.

Chris, A.J., and Antonio did a top-notch job with our move. We have a toddler, and having these pros handle the packing and moving was a huge relief. They packed on one day and moved the very next. They were courteous to leave our beds m intact so we could rest comfortably in our packed up house, and then they set them up after they were moved to the new house. They installed our appliances as well. They hustled all day on both days, were friendly and knowledgeable, and were troopers after they were attacked by wasps. They made two trips to move all of our things and had very long work days. But they didn't rest until the job was done.

They showed up 2 hours late. They broke our dining room table and a drill and playstation never made it out of the moving trucks. However the men did work constantly and consistently. Customer service says they will send forms for filing the losses and about the broken table and never does after contacting them 2 times now. We had a 3 bedroom house in storage so with limited space we filled our dresser drawers with our library of books. The movers took the drawers out and walked in the rain with them so many expensive books and graphic novels got water damage. Might as well have gone for the super cheap movers instead of these guys.

"It was raining the entire day. Sorry there was a delay with pooring down rain, but we were only late 1hr. The dinning table, 4 seater Partical Booard was already damaged, it just got worse, while in route to Austin. There is no way the customer stuff is missing, the fact is 2 full 26ft trucks went into a 1500 sq HOME. As far as the water damage, the customer rushed us to unload, they filled the dressers full of Books . What is the world are we supposed to do, Your rushing us, its raining, but don't get your stuff wet??????? The sad part is we even took off $350 for the travel btw SA and Austin. facts vs. customers review"

Cathy was very helpful in getting our move setup with a short timetable(1 week). She was constantly discussing our move with the owner to ensure we had the right number of movers & trucks for our move. When I asked for a time estimate, she gave a broad window & we came in right under that window. Just for people's knowledge, Baby Huey gives a flat rate for the first two hours, then charges a very reasonable price for any additional time. IMO, great way to price it out, so the better you are at organizing, the less you will pay. 3200 sqft home, 4 movers, 2 trucks. Moving team was very courteous and hard working. Would hire again.

"In regards to not having the right tools. The movers were missing their channel locks for washer from the day before. Mistakes happen. As far as being slow and inexperienced. Please read other reviews. We packed mirrors and glass. Boxed fridge and stove to ensure no damage in storage. We then disassembled, blanketed/shrink wrap furniture, then loaded, transported, and unloaded. It takes time to ensure no damage. 7.25 hrs for all of that for 2men is the amount it will take for quality work. God Bless"

I went with Baby Hueys initially because of the saleswoman, Jennifer. She was very polite and knew her business. I liked that she not only emailed me right away, but called me after giving me some time to think, just to see if I had any questions. Jennifer provided great customer care, but was not pushy. On the day of the move, the 3 men that I had requested called to tell me that they were on their way and arrived on time. They introduced themselves and got right to work wrapping and protecting my furniture. The job was done in the time quoted with no hidden fees. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you.

Chris, James and Tim were professional in every way. Among other things, they moved a couple of extraordinarily large and heavy pieces upstairs for me, and did so with great care and skill. They were extremely careful and accomodating throughout the entire process, and even stayed late to help me move extra items I had not planned on, without so much as one complaint. They are a great team ... very nice and highly skilled. I will use them again in the near future, and I recommend them highly.

Baby Huey's Moving was our first experience with movers and we were beyond impressed. Chris and James were fast and extremely careful with our belongings. I knew the minute we met them that they were trustworthy, all-around good guys. In fact, they showed up about an hour early. When does that happen?? Baby Huey's Moving is like your best buddies helping you move, except they come fully stocked with a big truck and moving supplies. Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable. Will definitely book for our next move.

When I answered the door and two young guys were standing there, I was a little concerned but it turned out that they were sooo professional and efficient! I would definitely recommend Baby Hueys to anyone and will use them again myself if the need arises

The moving team arrived on time and got right to work. They were courteous, introduced themselves individually to me, and stayed on task for the whole project. Every effort was made to be conscientious about the walls, stairs, fixtures, etc. to insure that nothing was damaged in the building. This was a business move not requiring much care with the objects moved, but I would not hesitate having them move my household or personal possessions. Great job done in a timely fashion.

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism from each team member. From the beginning, I felt like I was in good, knowledgeable hands. They know their stuff and helped us move our 1906 Kingsbury Cabinet Grand piano from upstairs to downstairs. Their guys showed up on time, called ahead and even sent an extra guy to help out! They took the time to wrap it with blankets and plastic wrap, even though it was only going downstairs. They communicated well with each other and took their time to move carefully and safely. The entire move took less than 1 hour and I would trust these guys to move anything from now on!

I enjoyed working with Baby Hueys. They were hard-working, professional, courteous, on time and value for money. In addition, when I had a problem with the storage (some of my items were damaged from a leak - nothing to do with Baby Hueys), they helpfully pointed this out to ensure I would communicate to insurers. I might have missed this otherwise. I can happily recommend them to others.

Every aspect of the move went smoothly. The customer service representative was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The crew arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job of moving my piano. They, too, were very friendly and efficient. I was right to trust Baby Hueys to do the job!

The movers were on time and did a good job with making sure everything was wrapped up and covered properly. All items made it to the new house undamaged but it just took a lot longer than I had expected. The movers were a little slow because they took their time covering everything. Overall, they did a good job.

"Loaded a 2 story, 2 bedroom apartment and unloaded in 4hrs total. That includes disassebly/reassembly, shrink wrap, blanketing, and the 25min drive to the unload location. We cover full coverage insurance on all household itmes, so of course we are going to properly cover the items. If you want no damages you need to consider the time its going to take to blanket and shrink wrap. You have to consider whats more expensive. Labor to properly cover items or having to repair scrathes, bc we will not cover any items not properly covered. Baby Huey's Moving.... The Right Way T0 Move. God Bless"
