Back channel was very accommodating. Jesse came out to see project and go over solutions. She was very knowledgeable about my problem (which was some type of cover for my window to keep sun out). She came up with a good solution and very reasonable. Work was completed within a few weeks and the person (Guy) was very good at his job and clean up which only took about an hour to install.
