About us
Bain Cochran has 28 years experience in building custom homes and remodeling. The principles, Bain and Janet Cochran, bring with them a wealth of experience. Bain's general contractor's license combined with Janets Fine Arts background gives them a unique perspective and combination of talent that enhances the final product. Beginning this trade in the 1970's in Colorado, then relocating to New Mexico in 1985, the two have a full staff of craftsmen and a core group of subcontractors available to them. Mountainous building sites are a specialty and solutions to difficult pad sites as well as excavation of rock for foundations are not a problem. Bain and Janet are bringing their experience and expertise in both product and customer service to the next generation, with their grown children playing integral part in the business. The Cochrans are East Mountain residents and have local building experience.
