Joe was very helpful, patient and informative about what our problem might be w/a plugged toilet. He took the time to explain toilet design, water flow, etc., and gave me options for alleviating the problem in the future. He also offered up his company's expertise should we have any questions regarding toilet replacement in the future. Thanks so much! i e-mailed service magic and within seconds they provided me with 3 referral. i called the first one since they were located nearby. i spoke with the contractor and he worked me in on a saturday afternoon. he was very professional and did a great job. this is the second time i have used service magic and i am totally satisfied and will use the service again if the need arises.

Very prompt, professionally handled. Office and service staff were responsive and very accommodating to my work schedule. Drain line was cleared and two crew waited to make sure all appliances could be tested to make sure the clog did not occur once they left. Answered all questions clearly. Quite helpful. I would definately recommend this company.

I thought these guys were hard to deal with. They would not guarantee or warranty their work for me at all until I threatened to turn them into the BBB. I do feel I paid a good price for the work they provided though.
