I spoke with an associate at Banks electric 3 times before they came out to perform a ceiling fan replacement for us in our great room. Our ceiling is 20ft high in this 2-story room and I told them on each occasion we spoke to bring a ladder appropriate to reach so. Do you think they came prepared, nope, had to waste time and my money i'm sure to return to their workplace to get a ladder. Then they charged me $487 to remove an existing fan (45 minutes) and install a new one (45 minutes). Wow, what a rediculous charge for 2 people to install a simple ceiling fan! A sure overcharge. no recommendation to use
