Barthol Design Associates, PC

Good response, priced right and thorough.

Performed the survey promptly. Answered my questions respectfully. Even looked with me at my deed and looked up my property on the internet when I was concerned with the initial measurements. Found out that I owned the back lot also and then promptly surveyed that as well. Well done.

came when promised, courteous and competent.

very positive, worked with me to not only find location but also provide me with exactly what i needed at a SUPER low price, i have already recommended them to a friend!

I recently bought a property in an older subdivision.. I wanted to find the corners of the property and selected Barthol for the job. They were more than reasonable and were on the site within days. . The gentleman came back out to the property and explained that they simply found the pegs already in place and did it in a way that eased all tensions. I am getting along with all the neighbors, thanks to the help of the Barthol surveyors. I commend them for returning to the site and resolving a situation and for the professionalism displayed on that return visit. I would not only recommend them, in my mind they are the best, second to none.

I found the land survey team spokesman, Mr. Knoop very informative and positive in his remarks. He put me at ease and assured me of the procedure. He and his assistant worked diligently and completed the job as prescribed I am pleased and would recommend you to anyone.
