Bartley Builders, LLC

Very arrogant and pushy. The contract is vague and offers no protection or guarantee to the customer. Once you sign the contract everything is an additional fee. Phil stands behind nothing and has an excuse for everything. He will put nice finishes over shotty work to cut corners. There are plenty of reputable contractors in the area, do yourself a favor and pick one of them. He will tell you one thing and do another to put more money in his pocket. The entire home of windows were replaced within 2 years of completed construction, manufacturer said the windows were designed for a pole barn, not a house. Humidity problems in the home with mold and mildew, not properly ventilated. The list goes on. Brought concerns to Phil multiple times while the home was under the 1-year warranty. He offered no resolution or desire to help resolve the problem. Garage door openers are installed backward, and siding blows and slides due to improper installation.
