I was pleased with the service I received and the knowledge of the service technician. The only thing I did not care for was the fact that they charge a 4% handling charge if you want to use your credit card for payment. JC

I got three bids and Bay City was the lowest. The other companies told me I needed all this additional work and really would not just give me a fair estimate for replacing my AC. It was probably because I was a woman living by myself. Bay City was the only one who was upfront and honest with me regarding what kind of units I could get since I live in a condominium built in the 70s. They were very professional. They worked with me to insure I received the federal tax credit. They were very clean and knowledgeable. The job got finished on time and I love my AC.

Cheryl was amazing in responding to my request, listening to my maintainance request, and scheduling appropriately. Beyond her efficiency, she sent Omarm who was the right person for the job. He checked for leaks, heard things in the system that I could not here, and showed excellent judgment in determing only the necessary of action plans. These guys do not sell you a bill of goods. They do a great job, are extremely clean, and very professional.
