I was more than pleased! The service man, Farris, came to our house on a Sunday to fix our blinds since I told him I felt like I was in a fish bowl. He was completely professional and capable! He was a pleasure to work with as our dog who greeted him warmly can attest to. It was also the first time I had used Servicemagic and was very pleased with the responsiveness! Thank you for a great job! I will not hesitate to use you again.

My blind repair job was completed correctly at a reasonable, fair price. The company was slow to deliver repaired blinds, with 2 delays in drop-off dates. However, through all of this, the customer service agent was always courteous and helpful, and did follow through.
