The cintractor did not use new equioment on my repair and wantef to charge me extra to come back the next day with new part.

"Thanks for your rating and comment. I understand your view. But it was after hours, and everywhere was closed. The only way I could get the part was to call in for an emergency opening, which has fees. But it was up to you, I even offered you other choices if you didn't want to pay the fee. I tried to be lenient and offer you better deals. I'll work on my errors. Thanks for the business, have a good day."
