Benchmark Residential Inspection Services, Inc.

did a professional job

This is a truly fantastic operation. They showed up on time and were well prepared with all of the necessary equipment. As far as the inspection goes, it was even more thorough than I had expected. They spent 3-4 hours instead of 30-40 minutes, and seemed to go through every inch of the house and went into the yard and were good at explaining details to me along the way. The inspector's partner even came over near the end to see if he could help out. The report that we got from them was very detailed, easy to follow, and very complete. -First class gentlemen, and we would certainly (and already have) recommend them to anyone.

They were very good

verysatisfied

Terry and Daren showed up early and hit it hard all day. Their report was the best one I've ever seen...filled with color photos and detailed annotations

Very prompt, professional and honest service. Overly courteous. Excellent follow-up. Mr. Terry Waggoner is a gentleman, thorough in the business and a man with lots of patience, maturity and experience. No matter how much I praise, it will not be enough.

excellent service provided

Terry and his team were extremely thorough, professional, and personable. He kept in contact with me before, during and after the inspection to ensure that the process proceeded smoothly. I have already recommended him to my mother in law and will recommend him to anyone else looking for a thorough and informative home inspection!
