Benevolent Hands Heating Air Conditioning & Major Appliance Repair

Terry Bush was very professional and knowledgeable. He arrived at my house within 15 minutes and had my air-conditioning unit fixed in about 10 minutes! I highly recommend him

Terry Bush is one of the most professional service agents to EVER come to our home. Major appliances (frig and oven) and now he handles of AC/Heating maintenance. Twice a year he checks these systems for us, replacing filters, cleaning vents, and keeps us up to date by sending reminding cards. Most outstanding is a Christian. Very important. Prices are reasonable and always on time. Cannot go wrong. Does not matter that he is not on "the list".

I would just like to say- one of the KINDEST service workers I’ve ever had come out. Mr. Terry is not only incredibly thorough in double checking everything, but also is wonderful at explaining what the issues may be. While today our HVAC system got the a-okay for being in good condition, he was SUPER helpful in explaining what the issue may be and as to why we are having heating and cooling issues. I can see why so many of my friends and family use him in our neighborhood. He was an absolute gem to have at the house. Super kind, gracious, and fun to chat with for a few minutes while he worked. If you need a professional who is easy to talk too, and will help you find a way to solve your problem if he can’t physically do the job or isn’t in his work- I highly recommend him!

Mr. Terry came to our place of business and walked through my facility with me. I pointed out things that needed attention as it seemed certain rooms were not getting cold like some others. After speaking with him, he did an assessment in which upon his return, gave me a full and better understanding of my issues. He quoted me a very fair price and I accepted in which he came out the following day with all needed materials and fixed the issues. I will not go to anyone else for any of my HVAC needs moving forward.
