Best Mechanical Services, LLC

I was very frustrated with the previous company that was handling the situation- When i submitted my request your company contacted me within minutes- on a federal Holiday (impressive) and came out the very next morning. Todd was very nice, professional and knowledgable. He even drove 45 minutes away to pick up a part he needed to fix the unit. I will definately recommend you to my friends and you can expect repeat service-if needed.

good

Best were the only co. to contact by phone right away. They made sure I knew prices up. Service tech arrived made judgment on the old water heater and replaced it within hours.

Great communications. He came just a bit earlier than he said (I'd rather they be early, than late!) and got done in the time that he said he would. The only thing I would comment about for maybe something that could be done better - bring the parts that he needs with him instead of having to go to the store afterwards.

I had some plumbing work done by Best Mechanical (through Service Magic). I would like you to know that their employee Lenny Richardson did an excellent job in installing a frost free (hose) bib, 3 water valves and our Aprilaire humidifier. Best Mechanical, my appreciation for work well done. (: (I also like the idea that their work is guaranteed for one year.)
