I am very happy they were able to fix my refrigerator. I haven't been able to use the doors properly for 4 yrs. The door broke after less than 1 yr. They replaced the moldy gasket & the spring. Don't buy a Samsung. When I was looking to replace this one, I heard bad reviews about Samsung. Everyone says they make good phones & TV's but stay away from their appliances. I am happy I decided to get it fixed but I thought it was a bit pricey however, it beats replacing it.

They called and set up an appointment and arrived on time. The appliance tech did an outstanding job repairing our microwave oven on the spot (replaced the fuse) and was helpful answering a question about my dryer. Will certainly call next time we need help.

Washer ended up having nothing wrong with it, but I was impressed with the speed of their response. About 2 seconds after submitting the request, the phone rang from Better Homes. The very next day they were here at 10am. Perfect.

Made appt. they called morning of and postoned until next day. Service person first said a "kit" could be gotten to make repair to washing machine, then called back next day and said it was under warranty and I need to call manufacture rep and I did. The machine does not have a kit nor is it under warranty.

Hired to repair a washing machine in a unit occupied by a tenant. They called and scheduled the appointment, updated me, and arrived timely. Great experience.

My Whirlpool gas dryer was intermittently not heating. I was thinking it was my imagination until it just was not doing the job. I went thorough homeadvisor.com and within seconds my phone was ringing. Better homes a/c and appliance service had their technician Jim out to my home at the time promised. He knew exactly what was wrong and the $130 repair had me up and running in less than 30 minutes. And they even gave me a year warranty. AWESOME PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!!!!! Prices are very fair and I am going to be using them in the future and telling my friends and neighbors about them! I highly recommend Beter Homes A/C and Appliance Repair.

Service person was excellent, price was more than I expected, but worth it.

Mike found the problem as to why my garbage disposal was not working. If garbage disposal fails again I should replace it & they will come back & install a new one with warranty.

They are a good company except they did not follow up on my part arriving like they said they would. They told me they would call when my part for my range arrived. On the 10th working day, I called about the part, they told me it was in and I found out they had the part for about 3 days. I made the follow up appointment to have it installed, that was on a Friday for a appointment for the following Tuesday(that was as soon as they could install it), they called me back on Saturday and stated they could not come until Wednesday. I lost at least 4 more days not being able to use my range - not good.

Excellent service. The Tech went above and beyond to make a repair to a small electrical appliance when on one else would. Thanks Paul for your very humbled approach in assisting my mother in her time of need.

Quick response time which is great when your washer has flooded the room. Polite, on time, qiuickly completed.

Bob was a true professional. He even gave me some suggestions on keeping the appliances running great. I would call him again if needed

Friendly and worked with my schedule

Rep (Brian) has been very helpful and we are working on an ice maker that had one part replaced which we are monitoring since we may have another issue. He has offered suggestions on what to look for if the problem re-occurs.

I had to have this done quickly and the company sent a tech out the next day. He called me (I own the property but rent it out) and was quite thorough in explaining the problem and solution. They installed the A/C unit on time and my tenant was quite happy with the results.

Our technician (Kevin) showed up within the time frame and was in and out of here within 30 minutes. He explained what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and how much it was going to cost before doing the work. He was courteous and friendly. They were able to service our washing machine less than 24 hours after submitting our ticket to Service Magic, which was great. The price was fair for a job that we could not have done ourselves. We would definitely hire again for any appliance repair or service.
