My job was large and very overgrown--handled with speed and precision. My only caveat is that they did not handle the debris removal (this may be standard for all lawncare services in the area). Due to my location that resulted in an unexpected cost to get my trash guys to remove it. I don't consider that to be Bigred's fault, but something to check into up front if you don't already pay for debris removal part of your normal garbage pickup.

They came ON TIME to lay new sod in our back yard. The job was finished within an hour. He was so personable and had such great customer service...I probably would have given him the job no matter what the cost. Great experience, thank you!

I was impressed that I was given a quote on a Sunday...that just doesn't happen. They were on time and completed the job "early" I would call "Bigreds" in the future for work that I needed completed.

"Met with the customer on Sunday afternoon to discuss the details of the project. Sent over the bid Sunday evening and was given the go ahead to do the job. There was 1750 square feet dead yard to be removed and reinstalled. On Monday we ordered the material and equipment needed for the job along with the new sod. Arrived at the job site 8 am Thursday morning as scheduled and removed the sod by 10am. The yard was free of weeds so there was no need for weed control and had the new sod laid down by lunch. We wish to thank the customer for the opportunity and Service Magic for the great lead."

Excellent. Thr job was extremely well done. The yard looks beautiful. He did everything he said and then some. When we needed more soil , he provided it with no charge. The same with the sod.His workers were very professional and worked well. I would recommend Bigred to everyone. We are extremely satisfied with his landscaping job.

"A complete make over! We started by removing the old sod from a root bound yard, added an complete irrigation system, brought in 26 yards of top soil to build up the yards low areas and to cover the exposed roots. Next we had a total kill application done to rid the yard of past weed problems. After 7 days of weed prevention we applied a fertilizer to promote root growth for the new sod. After designing 2 landscape beds made up of hedges, grasses, African iris, we laid the new St Augustine sod. We thank the customer for the great review, also for the time and patience to let us do it the right way and Service Magic for the great lead."

Mr. Livingston contacted us immediately after submitting my request to Service Magic. He was extremely courteous and presented his proposal in a very timely and professional manner. Mr. Livingston and his crew did an excellent job with our spring clean up request. We are looking forward to continuing to work with him on the maintenance of our lawn, flower beds, trees, etc.. "Just a great opportunity to show the quality of the work we do. This project was in a gated community and required hedge, palm, and tree trimming. The 6 ornamental beds were cleaned out of the old pine straw mulch and 58 new bails of pine straw mulch installed and edges tucked for a better smoother appearance. Thanks for the great comments about us and do look forward to working with the customer through out the year."

He was really quick. It was a Sunday so we didn't think we'd be able to have anyone come out and look at our problem, let alone fix it right there on the spot and he did! Super happy with the outcome... Thank you! Will definitely use him in the future!
