Steve and his crew did a good job of explaining the work and working around my schedule. The work was done in a timely manner and has given my wife and I peace of mind.

Work was throughly explained , price was outlined and stuck to when finished. They have a Md lic. also have a CMP (certified Mold Professional) lic. Work was done on time as promised and recieved a Warrenty for area treated. Would recommend to anyone seeking mold problems.

Bioserv did a nice job at complete remediation of the mold in my basement. The price was reasonable compared to others. My only gripe was that the initial estimate did not reflect the actual amount of mold that existed in the house. It turns out that only a small amount of mold was actually found within the walls, and in a way I feel that this should be reflected in the price. Obviously someone with a ton of mold to remove should be charged more than someone with just a small amount. If there is no way to determine this prior to ripping out all of the walls, I feel that there should be. Other than the above, the job was done very well.

left a mess and a lot of dust. damages front security door and other structures in home. a shovel, containers and other items were missing from home.

Excellent team, courteous, throrough, cleaned up everything before leaving, and they included drywall and wodd replacement vs 3 other competitors that did not. They did that for a similar price, too. They were middle of the pack for pricing, and I was very pleased with their service. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat.
