Brian was very courteous and delivered on time all the work that was agreed to for the price quoted. The quality of the work was good. Perhaps a couple of small details were rushed to finish on time (ex. Could have used a second skim coat on drywall, and leveling of concrete work). But very happy with finished product and I will call Brian again for more work.
