Blue Bell Consulting, Inc. is your premier choice for residential home inspections. Gerry Aubrey has been doing home inspections since 1994. Gerry has trained other home inspectors nationally for the past ten years. He trains Ameri-Spec inspectors and has been an outside roofing consutant for U.S. Inpsect since 1992. His services include the home inspection, radon testing with a full hourly printout of the radon results, a recall check on major appliances in the home, a fifteen page report complete with pictures AND a copy of Maintain Me I'm Yours. Gerry is a published author and he includes his book with over 100 low tech handy maintenance tips to help you take care of your home. NO ONE IN THE INDUSTRY CAN GIVE YOU WITH THIS BOOK! He performes inspection throughout southeastern PA. He is ASHI certified and has spoken at ASHI's national convention 9 times. He has also spoken at NAHI's convention and trains NAHI inspectors thorugh webinars. Gerry trains the other inspectors!
