About us
At Blue Heron, the goal of the design process is not a computer-aided rendering. it is nothing less than the realization of our clients' dreams. Our designers spend at least ten to fifteen hours designing your kitchen before you ever see the design. We meet with you in our showroom, consult with you in your home, measure your room, and listen carefully to your needs and dreams. Then we spend as long as it takes designing and planning the room you want, developing footprints and elevations, and, yes, computer-aided designs, too. Often, we include our cabinet-makers in the design phase to help solve particularly knotty problems. We aren't finished until we feel confident the design will work efficiently in your space and you feel confident the design reflects your vision. And, oh yes, all this is free of charge.
