I was pleased with the initial visit when I asked for an estimate for work being done. However, I was not pleased with the service provided. They spent 30 minutes backwashing and vacuuming my in ground pool and added some chemicals. They said the pool would be clear by morning. It was slightly more clear, however I noticed lots of spots where they did not vacuum, I called them every day for a week to come back and finish the vacuum job, but they never answered or returned my phone call. It must be nice making 150$ for 30 minutes of a service call.

They completed the job in the amount of time he quoted. He also came in the evening since we work during the day to show us how to use the chemicals. We will definitely use them for all of our projects for the pool.

Because this company had the best rating of all the companies that matched our project needs, I felt comfortable hiring them on the spot to fix our problem. Despite showing up nearly three hours later than promised--and I had to call to find out where he was--the bottom line was he fixed the problem and charged us a fair price.
