All I needed was to have the flame sensor cleaned and general maintenance. Cost $165 but I had no idea what was wrong. They could have taken me for a lot of money had they wanted to be dishonest. The $165 includes a return service to be done at a later time.

Other than being a bit later than they said they'd arrive, the two young men completed the job and were friendly. They could not use the electronic air cleaner they were initially trying to install, which made an extra trip back to their company to pick up the correct size. When installing the programmable thermostat in the hallway wall, they could not use the same "hole" the previous one had covered, so we have to repair that ourselves, which is not a major thing, but is disheartening. That's the reason we didn't rate them a 5 star overall rating.

"Outdoor unit was stolen installed a 15 SEER Lennox heatpump using existing furnace (G23) and coil (C33). Was able to use the existing indoor evaporator coil by installing an R-410 expansion valve on it."
