Wood Flooring - Install or Completely Replace
A great experience from start to finish! All of the folks we worked with at Bob Wagner's were nothing but professional and courteous throughout the installation process. Our installation went very smoothly and we are extremely happy with the finished product. We found one board that we thought needed to be repaired and Bob Wagner's quickly sent a service tech out to inspect it and schedule a time for replacement. Without hesitation, we will call on Bob Wagner's first the next time we have a flooring project.

Wood Flooring - Refinish
The left a complete mess in my home with sawdust and wood pieces everywhere. After refinishing the floor they set the circular saw in my living room and used it to cut the show molding. It was unbelievable. They also did not finish the job even after I called and complained. I would never recommend this refinisher to anyone.
