Tile & Grout Cleaning
Bobby did a fantastic job on sealing our new grout. We had approximately 2000 sq ft of new tiles, 18" x 18". He used a type of pressurized tank with a fabric tip; he had to lay down the sealant by walking every linear foot of grout. Took about 4 hours. We'll ask Bobby, and only Bobby, to return to re-seal our grout as needed. Bobby also offers the service of hot-water-cleaning and vacuuming the tile. We will also ask him back soon to perform a thorough cleaning of remaining grout residue left over from the tile installation.

Good job, very complete on his estimate, results were very good as promised. Price was reasonable.
