Definitely would recommend. I always appreciate people who go the extra bit and live up to commitments. Our job proved more complicated but John was a complete professional, saw the job through and importantly did so with a pretty positive attitude after having to stay late on a couple of different days. A throw back to the way most of us think customer service should be.
