Paid Brabble Insulation for mold spray and 100% coverage of plastic moisture barrier in crawl space. 4 years later, the floor in front room becomes soft. upon inspection the floor had rotted and there was no moisture barrier under the 2 front rooms. It was confirmed by Gary the job was not done. Gary tells me they will come put the plastic down. Kinda late now right? $10,000 estimated to replace the floor in the 2 front rooms. Brabble files with their insurance company. Liberty Mutual Insurance. The first thing they say.... how do I know someone didn't steal the plastic from under the house..... SMH They offer $2,000 which I have not accepted. The floor has been removed this week so I call Gary to have the plastic put down. Mr. Brabble sends word through Gary they are not putting the plastic down. "That I filed against his insurance for me to take it up with them" And if I want to sue somebody to sue the insurance company. Does anybody even care anymore. Responsibility Integrity its all gone..... Buyer Beware

The fiberglass insulation under the house was destroyed in Hurricane Irene and decided to replace with 2 inches of closed cell foam. I found several companies that install the foam and got a few estimates. I chose Brabble Insulation based on their experience with foam, product and reviews on Service Magic. It was six or so weeks before work started, reasonable given the high workload after Irene. The installers were professional and friendly. I crawled under the house to inspect the work and was very satisfied.

They were very professional and very polite. It seems like they have done a good job on the insulation part of the job. I am somewhat disappointed in the plugging of the exterior walls but, I can fix what I don't like. They were very timely in there arrival and overall I was pleased with the outcome.
