They did a great job, making sure everything was ok and clean, they finished the job on time, I will recommend them without a doubt.

The estimate was very competitive and the associate was very informative about what the problem was, and how it needed to be fixed. The workers were a little tardy but they did an outstanding job. I would definitely use them again for home repairs without question.

They started the job yesterday and are nearing completion. They are cleaning up as they work....And the work is looking very good.

Well, I was told the job would only take a day. So, I decided to go with the cheaper of two contractors. After one days work I got home to see the workers still going at the roof. Now, granted it was a hot day, but my neighbor said they didn't start back on the back side of the house until about 4pm. Anywho, they didn't finish in one day and ran out of shingles. The shingles weren't covering the entire roof, but the black mat was down. The only problem was that is was about to rain. Well it rained and leaked into the attic, but luckily there wasn't any damage. They ended up giving me a discount on the extra shingles which helped. But overall the roof was put up nicely and done correctly despite the mishap with the weather.

Gave me in great detail of how my roof was going to be repaired in the proposal. The proposal amount was $1095.00. Unfortunetly none of what they said was going to be repaired or what was in the propsal was done. They were on my roof for forty minutes. When asked the next day what was done and how it was done the person I spoke with lied to me several times and then at the end confessing that he was never on my roof and that he stayed on the ground and didn't really know what was accomplished. Also this same person didn't even know there was a hole in the roof as pictured by my insurance agent's photos. He told me that he would come out the next day to do the job properly but after considering it I rejected this idea. I asked All Roofing if they felt I owed them anything for the work they felt they did they should put it in writing to me. I have not recieved a bill

Price seemed a bit high but quality of work was above average I guess

The one rain we have had since the work was completed yielded no leaks and the good quality of workmanship made it difficult to see that it had been done. My only complaint is I was not advised when the work would be done and since the sign was in my neighbor's yards I was not aware the work had been done. When I got your request for rating, I looked very hard to see the new shingles and found the flue vent from the water heater disconnected from the roof vent which could have had disastrous results.

They were able to come out in a very timely fashion and at a reasonable rate. I was very pleased with the service.

The communication with this company was horrible and the owner know nothing about customer service. Hopefully they did a good job on the roof.

Would have preferred workers who spoke english. Communicating was about impossible.

They repaired my subroof and installed a complete new roof. The project went quickly and smoothly. I have already recommended them to a friend who's roof should be completed today.

There was some damage done to my stucco but the owner was willing to pay for the cost of the repair and did so by lowering the price of the roof job. I am pleased with the service and the direct approach to solving the problem.

Promised to be out w/i 3 days after making estimate; showed up 2 wks later & didn't return phone calls. Still had leaks after completing work (leaks were coming from shingles, not roof); when I explained this to the owner he told me he thought I was 'full of *' and that 'I don't believe you have the money.' When he saw the leaks, he asked to be paid for the work already completed (his employees replaced flashing that was not leaking; they failed to find out where the leak was coming from before starting work)and I could find someone else to fix the leaks. The work was completed the next day, but owner was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Service provider finished the job but never provided me a receipt and warranty. I left a voice mail but my call was never returned.
