Brian Timins Flooring

Brian arrived promptly at our home to give us an estimate. His estimate was cheaper than any other we received for anyplace in the past. Since we purchased our flooring from Lumber Liquidators we had the flooring, molding and staples. He did a GREAT job on the installation. The floors look amazing. He took his time and was friendly and professional. I would hire Brian to install floors and baseboards in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong!

He was on time after making appointment and did good job. Also he fixed garage stair with left over carpet. I will recomend him for future jobs.

Brian was quick to respond to our request for an estimate. He came out to our house within 72 hours to provide the estimate and was extremely professional. We asked for a fairly complex wood floor and Brian never even batted an eye. He was on time each day and worked hard for 7 hours straight. Our project actually took Brian 3 days longer than planned, but Brian never got discouraged and was professional every step of the way. We would be happy to have him do work for us in the future.

Brian is very reasonably priced and give you options when choosing the right carpet for your home. He did all of the work himself and in a short time frame. Brian was accomodating from the very start. He accepted my vision and requirements and tailored his suggestions to meet them. He helped me pick out the best carpet to be used in my basement office. He also installed a threshold between my dining room and kitchen that matched the wood finish of my kitchen. All around, he was a complete professional with comeptitive pricing and I would most certainly use him again.

I was looking at having my livingroom carpeted. I had 3 companies out to give me a quote. Brian Timins was the first one out. he sat down with us, explained the differences in the carpet material, the padding, benefits, etc. The other companies were $300 and $500 more than Brian for the exact carpet and pad. They did come down in price some, but no one matched his price. In the end, Brian found us the exact color we wanted, the carpet came in a day earlier and was installed on Friday instead of Monday. It was a great experience, he did a great job, and it looks beautiful! Another benefit - he is the installer too!
