I appreciated that the person who cleaned my windows wore boot socks when inside my home, and that he also cleaned the mirror in our master bathroom. The person was very careful to clean up any spills after cleaning each window. This person also made me aware of a window in a French door which is failing by starting to cloud over. A warranty claim is now in process to replace this window.

I pushed to have gutter cleaning done soon, and Brightside had the appointment set for a few days later. The actual time of day the crew showed was a few hours than expected, but communication was good, and the late start on the gutter cleaning that day was manageeable. Give and take to cram work into an already busy schedule.

The power washing was impressive. years of grit and grime gone! Windows, didn't get the window tracks or sills , they have always been done when i have had windows cleaned before. Pretty expensive, highest bid. I went with them because they came w power washing. Otherwise-the windows looked great. I just had to go behind them to get the tracks and sills.

My windows and screens haven't been this clean in years. Brian and his helper even put the screens back. I'll call them in August to come back.

I used Brightside and they did excelent job. Very reasonbly pricing.
