Scott Snyder went above & beyond. Having been an insurance adjuster he was familiar with procedures. I didn't realize I could even file a claim & Scott even met with the insurance adjuster & got me my check on the spot for more than I imagined. Having made a few extra bucks I went with this company even thou their price was about $300 more than the average of the other 6 quotes I got. Scott's professionalism & knowledge were a major decision in choosing Brite Top Roofing.

The salesman that we dealt with made detailed promises that the installation crew did not adhere to. The project was completed professionally, with a few cleanup issues. One leak was experienced, and a follow up crew came out, found the leak and repaired it. Overall the project was successful.
