We had Brizco's carpet samples for about 4 months while we were waiting to have the carpet installed. We were not ready initally, but had chosen the company and the carpet sample. They indicated that they would be out to pick up the samples on 2 or 3 occasions but didn't show. When they came to install the carpet, they finished the job on time as explained. However, they left a mess! I expected them to sweep up the carpet remnants left on the vinyl & ceramic tile and on the sofa. Also, we needed wood or at least particle board put up/ replaced on the bottom steps and they did not even suggest it and now the carpet is fraying there.

Not only were they extremely prompt to respond they came to our house the same day! Just several days later they brought us our flooring and installed it perfectly the next day. Constant communication, great price, professionalism, personal service, and excellent work will be what anyone will get when choosing Brizco. They will get all of our future business for sure! Don't bother with anyone else...we already have and they don't compare!
