showed up on time, personable, helpful, made recommendations that were less expensive alternatives to some malfunctions with my chimeny. Very clean chimney sweep. Very good price compared to other chimey sweep companies. Great guys (owner and son).

Very happy with Mr. Brooks' service. He was extremely courteous and professional. We had a Level II service on both chimneys. Mr. Brooks discussed his findings and explained them to us before he left, and e-mailed his report (with photos) the same day. Mr. Brooks' qualifications, credentials and certifications were stellar.

Did everything expected. On time, no mess, answered all questions, a little higher than others but believe got moneys worth. If the price was a little lower they would have gotten 5 stars
