Stephen came out on a Saturday responding to an emergency call. He arrived promptly and repaired our water heater even though we were prepared to replace it if necessary. He was extremely pleasant and gave us an honest assessment of the situation rather than trying to sell us a water heater. I would highly recommend him.

Steve responded to my call within minutes. He was at my home in 30 minutes of my call and assessed the pipe situation. He returned the next morning exactly at the time he said he would, fixed the pipe problem and cleaned up the area before left. He is courteous, conscientious and very knowledgable.
