I paid thousands for no work to be completed. They wouldn't refund me first because they "spent it," even though their salesman said the contract needed to be updated to include my name (the assumption was that my then-boyfriend obviously owned the home, so he signed). Then they didn't have the $2,900 of the payment on the contract because it was a separate engineering contract even though the main contract says, "included." I then talked to other pool companies who told me of Budd's questionable business practices, which have been backed by other online reviews I found. Their controller, who I FINALLY got to call me back after months, was rude and condescending, and accused me of lying. And tried to use as an excuse for the contract being signed by my now-ex-boyfriend as our fault for "representing him as my husband." Which, was never done, BUT, Hello, 2023, just because a woman is married doesn't mean her husband is the home's owner. Nasty, horrible company. STAY AWAY!!!

Anthony was absolutely the GREATEST, will not use another spa erson again.

They were very timely and courteous, helpful and gave me extras as a bonus for the motor.

They called right away and schedule an appt. However, they could not give a time frame so we had to wait around all day. They finally showed up at 4:00 p.m. The repairman was here for 5 minutes but did not have the dye necessary to test our hot tub for a leak. We were charged $95 plus tax and nothing was fixed. They do not apply the service call fee to any repairs. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The man who comes out to measure and sell you on liner/pool ect.. is really great! He is very confident in his company and work. I had about 12 different people here giving me estimates and I recommend Budds.

The gentleman Anthony, who was the service technician, was wonderful. He gave me some tips after he repaired the hot tub. He even had the parts with, and finished the repair on the spot!!! I was extremely impressed by Budd's Pool Co.

Came within 2 business days of my request called to make appt within 24 hours super friendly spa repairman gave advice for all my questions. I called two other companies that previously did work for me and hadn't heard back from them

I gave them a call and described the problem I was having the guy suggested it could be leaves in the motor and he was right. He even suggested me bring the motor in to save money.

Contractor installed a new sand filter and pump. Pleasant service people, arrived on schedule, all appears to be working properly. However, they spilled a large amount of wet sand and used my shop vac, without permission, to clean up the spill, and left the vac and tools covered with sand both inside and out. Then they dumped hundreds of pounds of wet sand into all three of my large trash cans. Some of the sand was bagged and one trash can was filled with loose wet sand. I could not lift the bags nor even move the trash can with the loose sand. That trash can had wheels and was damaged as the axle could not support the weight of the sand and it collapsed. After contacting Budd's Pool Co., a service crew was dispatched to remove the sand.

Budd's people were very professional and the job was completed quickly. They cleaned up after at the end of each day and the new liner and saltwater system are working great. I would recommend them for any type of pool work. Lou
