The bug doctor rep was very informative and educated on most insects. Their prices were competitive with all others interviewed. I was able to schedule pretty quickly after deciding to go with them. Overall the job performed was thorough and so far I am satisfied.

We achieved our result on a good budget. The vendor is flexible and reasonable. We're quite pleased with the result.

I did not get what I paid for. I was charged to fog the entire home which consist of three floors. The exterminator showed up on time and chose to do what he wanted to do and not what I paid for. I had already left the home and all he did was to spray certain rooms of the third floor and that was it. To add insult to injury I argued with the manager for a credit since the job in which I hired them to do was not done and was told that I could not recieve anything other than another appointment to come back out. Of course I don't want them to come back out because what I paid for them to do should have been done from the start and not negotiated. I would not hire them again for anything. It was a waste of money and a very expensive job for nothing. I'm sorry I took this route. Next time I'm in need of service, I'll find my own.

Both told me that there was no problem so I haven't proceeded with any work. However, both were timely and very professional.
