Worth every penny. Did a fabulous job and is very flexible & proffesional. Did a fabulous job on back yard and will hire again soon to do front yard. Would highly recomend them to anyone that needs any landscaping done. Great company!!!!

I contacted Bulldawgs Total Lawn Care after dead tree had fallen from another property onto mine, causing damage to my lawn and privacy fence. The guys at Bulldawgs came out and gave me a quote, the same day and were very curteous and professional. Once started, the work was completed quickly and I was very pleased with the results. In addition to the good work, the price for the quality of it was of the best I could find in the area. In the end, I was better off, price-wise, than if I had gone through my insurance company.

I selected this company to do both projects: The lawn and the driveway. I pre-paid them half of the estimated amount (approx $6000.00) on 4/22/10. I expected work to begin on 4/27/10; so far nothing has been done after a month of waiting. They are hard to contact and seldom return calls. I spoke with them once to no avail. I think that I would have had better results had I pick someone from the yellow pages.

"Have talked with customer several times called customer as recently as 3-14-10 with no call returned to me. There is no notation on contract that the work would be performed by 4-27-10. Told customer we are back logged due to an influx of business and incliment weather. We look forward to servicing him as soon as possible."

First he was over an hour late coming to give me an estimate. When we came to an agreement on the 29 Apr 10 on the price to have my tree removed, He gave me a copy of the contract and request 50% down without giving me a date as to when the tree will come down. It has been over 1 week and after several e-mails and phone calls, no response at all from him. After writing to him on the 10 May 10 requesting again that he contact me and informing him that I will hand this matter over, he then called to say that he will be out on the 15th May to take the tree down. His subcontractor came out and took the tree down. Won't use them again.

"This job was completed on 5-15 without incident. The customer was satisfied and paid us in full. We completed the job in only 2 weeks after signing contract which is not unusual or a extensive waiting period. They called on a almost daily basis after signing contract and we told him we would call a day or two prior to service as we did. Calls were not returned right away because he requested to Dustin which works during the day and were usually returned later in evening when he was at work but messages with our consistent response was left."

i SENT AN EMAIL REQUESTING YOUR ADVICE AND EXPERTICE AFTER I HAD FOOLISHLY PAID $4500 OF A TOTAL BILL OF $8500. FOR THAT AMOUNT TO DATE, I HAVE HAD THE YARD SPRAYED WITH WEED KILLER. MY ATTEMPTS TO REACH DUSTIN VINEHOUSE HAVE BEEN UNSUCCESSFUL. I'M ATTEMPTING TO HAVE A SCHEDULE OF THEIR TIMEFRAME TO COMPLETE MY WORK. I'VE NOT RECEIVED A RESPONE FROM YOU, EITHER, TO THE EMAIL I SENT REQUESTING YOUR HELP. I KNOW NOW THAT I SHOULD NEVER HAVE PAID THEM THE 50% OF THE BILLING DUE. PLEASE HELP ME!!!! I'VE PAID $4500 AND HAVE NOTHING BUT DEAD WEEDS IN THE YARD OF THE SPRAYING THAT BULLDAWGS DID LAST WEEK.

Bulldawgs did an excellent job removing some dead limbs from my live oak tree. They came out to give me an estimate the same day I contacted them, and then completed the project a couple of days later. There was some minor confusion about which branches I had wanted removed, so they came back and removed a couple more a few days later. Overall, they worked quickly, provided great customer service, and did the job at a good price.

Their customer service ends the moment you give them your deposit, which is half of your total. I Paid my deposit on march 23, 2009 and finally after many many calls to them got my yard supposedly graded and leveled with a drain system on May 12th. They don't even call to say we are running behind or we are going to be late. I was told the yard would be done by a large crew of people and it would take three days, they showed up with three guys and after two half days of work said they were done. They didn't take up the old grass before turning the yard and the yard is still holding as much rainwater as it ever did. We are very diasppointed.

"I told the customers at the time I signed them up that we were 3 months behind at that time and I got there ahead of schedule by making it in two months. The reason we got their project done quicker than expected was due to the fact that they stated they did not want us to do the sod work and thats why their yard is holding water. No matter how you grade when water hits dirt you get mud."

Add onto zone 2 for bedding at back of home. Bulldawgs assumes no liability for pressure coming from existing zones.� Our �old zone 2� was the biggest part of our front yard and when you completed putting in the backyard system, you did not add onto zone 2; therefore being charged $400 was not called for and we would like a refund of $400. You also charged us $175 to �tie in shower to system.� This you did, but you also said you were going to add a shut-off valve to the system. Last week, our shower system exploded and when we tried to find the shut-off valve, it couldn�t be found. Can't deliver on promise!!!!!!!!!

"Our company did not add onto zone 2 per our contract. Instead we tied into the main line which was even additional work and footage and we did not charge the customer additional money for it. I have no notation on contract to add any shut off valve for shower tie in or any charges for that matter. If the system did not have a shut off valve in place already the shower would stay on all the time."

Bulldawgs was great, they gave suggestions and did what we asked and completed the project in a timely manner. (few rain delays that could not be avoided) My backyard is on a hill sloping toward me and has always been an eye sore. Now, after bulldawgs put in two riprap retaining walls, various trees and plants, sprinkler system, and drainage system; we spend most evenings (when its not too hot) eating dinner on the back patio afer grilling out. THANKS BULLDAWGS!
