Just two problems: (1) contract was signed by the owner not the man who estimated the job. Owner re-negotiated portions of the contract at the signing, with some small additional charges. Should have honored their estimate. (2) A dumpster was on our curb for weeks after the job was complete. With unavoidable weather delays, the dumpster blocked our neighbors' parking for over a month, taking repeated calls to be picked up. Otherwise we are very pleased. Workers went out of their way to clean up incidental debris / markings on neighbors property. The roof looks great. You'd think we lived in Burr Ridge.

Busby was honest, professional, timely, and responsive. We initially asked for an inspection of our flat-roof. Other companies told us we needed over $5000 of repairs and coating. Rick said that all was excessive--and when we did our research, he was correct. All we needed was a simple nitrate coat to last another 2-3 years. He saved us over $4000. We will use him as often as needed and would recommend him to everyone.

The sales rep was good to work with, but the workmanship left a lot to be desired. We chose 25-year fiberglass 3-tab shingles. The roof is not likely to leak, but... Deck preparation and underlayment application were good. Shingle application was only fair--exposure was good, but alignment of courses was not straight and not all vertical alighment was straight. Used shingles with bent corners. Final cleanup was not done, nor was magnetic dragging. Verbal communication with workers was difficult.

Busby Roofing did a good job installing my roof. They cleaned up everything before they left. I would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work done on their house.

Every aspect of the transaction was excellent.

It took alot longer then they said, they didnt fix everything that they said they would and they left a mess. The work that was done I am satisfied with.

Installers were very professional. I was thrown for a hitch when shingle style we originally selected was not available. They should have done their homework before offering the particular shingle.

This company is very good and inexpensive. They also gave me a 10 yr. Warranty which proved to be very valuable.

Busby is an excellent roofer. Great work and responsive to any concerns I raised with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

My experience with a complete roor tearoff and replacement was excellent. While the bid was not the lowest I was impressed with the promise of one day service and that the job could be started within two days. Busby Construction lived up to both promises. The job site was cleaned very well on completion. I highly recommend Busby Construction.

Busbsy construction was on top of every detail. The cost was the best of all our quotes. Our calls were answered promptly. The products used were the best quality, and our concerns about damage to plants and trees were taken very seriously, and no damage or mess was left at the end of project completion.

Don built a deck type floor over my concrete patio. I'm in a garden unit and before, the "patio" looked like a prison exercise space. Now it is a really pleasant place to sit outside.
