excellent job!

Tom at Butte Fence called me very quickly after I submitted my project on HomeAdvisory, and sent guys out the same day, which was super. The price was also reasonable. However, the gate that they modified for me is crooked at the bottom, i.e. it has a significantly more clearance at one end than the other and doesn't look very good.

Once we got the plans for the deck and a quote, it didn't take long for them to build it. All the prior information is what took the longest.

They did a great job in a very short amount of time. The installers were personable, quick, and we hardly knew they were there. Super pleased.

I would not recommend Butte Fence as a contractor for a deck or fence project. I'm still trying to figure out what exactly the salesperson contributed to the project other than wasting my time. He came out to provide the bid, created a diagram based on my feedback and then submitted the proposal. The problem was that the finished product in no shape or form resembles what was discussed. I'm not totally unhappy with the final results but came away with a feeling of what exactly did Butte Fence contribute? If I could have just connected to the sub contractor that actually built the deck and not dealt with Butte, I would have been much happier.

I was not notified in advance when the job was to done. I called and was told it was to be that day. It turned out to be an all day thing.

I'm very satisfied with the final result. Done in a professional manner. I would recommend Butte Fence Inc. to my friends.

The fence ended up looking fine--we like it, but delay after delay and poor office communication made it difficult. The salesman seemed have a good grasp of the product, etc. But the installer quit mid installation (they said his father had cancer) and so another contractor finished it. The second contractor did a good job. Billing ignored the initial $1000 we paid them in May...probably due to the fact that we didn't get the fence done until months later. Yes, this was corrected but only after many phone calls for the installation and then again for the billing.

The crew that worked on the fence, led by Eric, were great. They worked hard, cleaned up after themselves, took care of the flowers, they were friendly and fun to have working on my yard. The fence looks great. Unfortunately, the work hasn't been finished. We have been waiting for aproximately 2 weeks to have the gate installed and the work in the carport to be completed. The last time I talked to Eric he said the gate was on order.

Excellent, very professional. They are a good company.
