Installed high quality carpet in the living room, dining room and 4 bedrooms. It took multiple calls to find out the status of everything - at every step of the way. During the estimate, they said they would move all the furniture except pianos and electronics...when the installers came, they said they don't move beds so I had to disassemble and move them myself. After they ripped up the carpet and padding in two of the rooms, they unloaded the carpet and it was the WRONG COLOR AND QUALITY. When I called the store to tell them they said that I was mistaken, it was what I ordered and to look at the invoice. After sending a photo of the carpet information, they finally said OK, wrong carpet. No follow up until I called back the next day to find out the status. It seems that the distributor made the error and loaded the wrong one. The installers came back the following day and worked into the night to finish the job. No call back from the store to apologize for the inconvenience or find out if I was satisfied. I would never recommend this store.

Very poor communication. Slow to schedule project and after work was started it took way to long and many promises to complete project were missed.

Install was quick and done well! Installed carpet in three bedrooms (all same carpet)

Buy right responded quickly to my request and was willing to order carpet and install in just a few days. Price was best in the are and the installation went off without a hitch. The installer was fantastic. He arrived on time, installed the carpet quickly. Had 2 seams but they were invisible. The installer was very service oriented. Would hire again.
