Bathroom Remodel
Took 3 days to remove/install tub, install drain/shower plumbing, & 3 piece shower surround. I instructed proper shower height when job began but installed lower creating weak point & certain water entry point. Had to replace panel & raise showerhead plumbing. BWB agreed to pay for replacement panel. Fixed showerhead but upon inspection faucet EXTREMELY loose. BWB agreed to fix. Took 2+ weeks to come back & fix. Didn�t take removed tub until fixed showerhead height & never took bad panel. Not enough supervision of inexperienced crew. PROS: Guys that performed work very respectful if inexperienced. Willing to do pieces of bigger job.

"The shower head was installed at height client requested of the crew. Upon inspection by our manager the client was notified by us, the shower head would have to be relocated to be installed properly. We offered to replace the shower panel; It needed to be ordered and would take two weeks. We were notified in the middle of the day, when the panel had been delivered and pulled a crew away from another job to install the panel immediately. Trash removed from the property was more than was agreed. The 2+ weeks was due to client's schedule, we would have fixed the next day or any other if we had access. We did all possible after initial mistake"

Bathroom Remodel
The work is in progress. Removal of all tile, sheet rock, tub etc has been completed. Three to four days remain to finish the job; therefore, I have not rated the company. So far, I am well satisfied with the company's performance. (I am required to submit a overall rating in order to submit this report. Therefore, the five-star rating is given even though the job is not done).
