They called immediately and picked up the carpet. Their pricing was very reasonable. The carpet has not been returned as yet.

This was a very positive experience that I would gladly recommend to my friends. Not only did they wash and deoderize my oriental but I also bought a new pad from them which was delivered with the cleaned rug. The pad is perfect; the carpet looks and feels brand new. The people on the phone and the pick up and delivery team were courteous and professional. The cost was reasonable. I will be doing more business with Bynderian Floor Coverings soon.
