The initial quote was to refinish my existing cabinets. I was told my kitchen was a "small" job and should take no more than 5 working days. From scheduled start to completion it took 5 WEEKS! Yes, 5 weeks. This includes having one of the finishers take "creative liberties" and paint the cabinets a color "he" liked...then repainting them. This also includes hanging the doors twice because they were done wrong the first time, cleaning the kitchen myself after the "prep" work. The painters dumped lacquer in my RV pad. They gave me a 3% discount for my trouble. Use someone else!

Not happy. Job took twice as long as promised. Quality of work - well, there wasn't any quality. Employees were always on the phone. Showed up to work without proper equipment and supplies. Project manager kept making idle promises - reminded me of a used car salesman.

I failed to get the start date in black and white, therefore project was a week later getting started than had been verbally agreed upon. Workmen, more often than not, were late getting started- said they would be here before 9AM, usually showed up between 10 and 11AM. Operations chief returned about half of my calls to him, failed to show up about half the time when scheduled to do so. Daily cleanup was very poor. They had to borrow ladder, scissors, and garbage bags from me. Tile work is very poor - sloppy spacing, exposed sharp edges on cut tiles. Some edges of applied wood veneers are not cut straight, other edges are loose. $15,000

Sales presentation and look at product convinced us this was the comopany to go with. Vince was soft sell, that's good. The cabinets are scheduled for Mar. 14th. We'll see how it turns out

The project took longer than estimated and there was items that were overlooked in the original estimate. I would have preferred to have the option to replace cabinet door hinges and drawer boxes offered in the original estimate instead of upselling during the project. The project was scheduled for one week, Monday through Friday. It took two weeks and I am still waiting for one hinge.

The job is not quite finished but what is I love. The people were just wonderful. The finishers were the best and worked with me. They kept everything clean and had me check if I was happy.They will be back to finish the job and I have already recommended them to friends. Ok. today the job was completly done (3/10/2010} I can't say enough about the workers and the company. They were the best and wanted to see if everything was done to my likeing. It was Thank you for recommending them.

Very professional company with an excellent work ethic. Work was completed and looked wonderful. Have received many complements. Referred to many of my friends. Will use them again for bathroom update.
