"This customer's comments are based on a lack of understanding of how to replace the glass in this particular window. We arrived at the job site earlier than the customer, so they were unable to witness the prep-work we performed to the exterior of the window before they arrived. They were only able to witness the final piece which included cutting out the window glass from the inside and applying new adhesive to the window frame. Because of the use of adhesive, no "caulking" was required. If the customer applied caulking to something after our departure, it was unnecessary. With drive time and time on site, an hour of labor is accurate."
